Our client’s digital infrastructure had developed in piecemeal fashion ever since the 90s, and as a consequence, their user experience was fragmented and outdated. Our design and development teams worked intimately with client teams to develop a dynamic roadmap to manage work streams and meet our client’s demanding timelines. In the end, we built from the ground up a new, seamless website that served both their customers and employees. This integrated system was far easier to use, improved internal systems which drove efficiency, and improved customer satisfaction and service.
