After a number of years of negative publicity, in no small part due to their outdated website, our client needed a digital rebranding that would place the customer first. We designed and implemented an entirely new digital strategy and technology architecture, one that would increase customer satisfaction and engagement. In only two months, nearly 30 workshops were held to first forge stakeholder consensus, then redesign the online experience, and finally position our client for future innovation that would sustain their improvements for years to come.
